ArgUI is an automatic, terminal-based interactive interface (TUI) for Python 3's standard argparse command line package. The interface is complete with keyboard and mouse support directly in the terminal, both locally and over network mediums like SSH.

Using this package as a drop in for your command-line-based programs widens the accessibly of it significantly. No manual is required for casual users who can simply open the graphical interface. But, unlike other solutions, this allows you to retain a true command line interface for power users and agentic systems.
